Laser welding is not the answer for all repairs or engineering revisions. However, when used in proper application, you will see extraordinary results:

1. Heat of laser does not propagate beyond the boundaries of the weld. This creates a low heat affected zone with virtually no sink.

2. Laser welding allows exacting control of weld within a few one-thousandths of an inch.

Welding repairs and/or engineering revisions sometimes require a combination of micro-tig and laser welding. Some of our lasers have advanced CNC laser welding capabilities for medical assemblies, surgical components, sensors, automotive and the electronics industries.
